SURREAL FAQ’S

After you’ve booked your game, you’ll simply send in photos of each room to be used in your game. This can and usually does include the outside space(s) as well.  As we design your game, you can check in if you’d like, or be completely hands off as you await your Surreal event! The day of the game, our agents will show up approximately 1 hour before game time to meet you and set up. They will also need your wifi password to ensure solid connection with our equipment. If the location of the game does not have wifi, no problem; simply let us know ahead of time.

We accept all forms of payment. You can Paypal or Venmo your total or 20% deposit to booking@surrealescapegames.com or we can accept credit card by phone.

All of our games are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your game (with extenuating circumstances) if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your game start time.

Absolutely! This is one of the major advantages you have when choosing Surreal for your event. We’ve designed and held games for groups of over 100 people!

One of the elements that people enjoy the most about our games is the mystery and suspence of what may come next. Most games are approximately 90 minutes long though some groups finish a bit earlier. Remember, Surreal is virtually limitless so if you’d like an extended game or a nail biting countdown, simply let us know ahead of time.

Yes! The only particular here is that minors (17 years or younger) must each bring a copy of our *liability waiver signed by THEIR parent or guardian AND a copy of THEIR parent or guardian’s driver’s license or passport (Name on ID must match name of person who signed the waiver).
*ANY MINORS WHO DO NOT HAVE THESE TWO ITEMS WITH THEM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE

All participants must sign our waiver prior to the game. This is standard practice for all escape games. If you’d like to see or sign it ahead of time, simply let us know and we’ll email it out to you.

Your game can be as mild or as terrifying as you’d like it to be. Once you book, please fill us in on your preferences (i.e. ‘suspense’ or ‘wacky’ etc.)

Almost always yes. Yes, they may touch you and yes, you may touch them but any inappropriate touching of the actors or disrespectful/malicious contact (verbal or physical) within the game will result in immediate discontinuation.
